Whilst weddings were put on pause this summer and subsequently with a little extra time on our hands, a collection of Bath’s top wedding suppliers came together to collaborate on this meadow styled shoot.Â
For the first look the team wanted to create a wild, yet contemporary vibe. As such the colour palette for the florals was soft and peachy, whilst the tableware and linens were a contrasting muted grey / teal. The ceramic plates and crystal glasses also provided a textured modern edge.Â
We hit a patch of rain, so on came the wellies and the team persevered until we had hit all possible angles. We even spent a good 30 minutes tweaking the candle sticks, chairs and Ash and Josh worked meticulously to get the perfect shots. Turns out achieving symmetry whilst shooting in a sloping field is somewhat of a challenge.Â

Look two took place at Sam’s Kitchen Events and Flowers by Passion’s HQ, a collection of beautiful barns based in Swainswick, Bath. The team wanted to create a rustic, relaxed vibe, with bold striking florals and candles combined with the neutral textured tableware and linens. This really stood out against the stone barn wall. After shooting against the stone barn, the team moved inside Sam’s event barn for look three.

Sam’s Kitchen Events is best known for their family style sharing menus. We love this style at weddings and events as the food becomes a natural talking point and allows everyone on the table to get to know each other as they share the dishes back and forth.
We loved working with this team of super talented creatives and can’t wait to collaborate together again soon.
